Noemi – Yes, drives me insane. And bald guys can be hot, just not the one they have on G4 that’s short, balding, has an annoying voice, and looks like he lives in his mother’s basement!
And G4’s coverage of the main events like E3, Comic Con, etc. really makes me barf. I want to see the gadgets, the games, etc., not have 12 hours worth of interviews with booth babes. I could give a flying f*** less what booth babes like to do on their spare time. I get that hot chicks get male viewers and that’s their target audience, but dang! If I was male, I’d be pissed that G4 makes men seem like sex-craved idiots that are fat and lazy!
There’s yet to be a true geek TV channel…sad, so very sad…..

That show was “Captain Power and the Soldiers of the future”, the cool CGI robots were Soaron and Blastarr
Now, does anyone remember a show like ‘Sliders’ in which they too traveled between dimensions or something like that, but with a blond kid, a short white hair scientist dressed in light colours (white?) and another scientist that was always pursuing them and played by a black guy in an hitech exosuit.
At the end it had a twist: If my memory doesn’t fail me, it turned out that the ‘evil’ scientist was in fact the good guy, and the other that was always with the kid was the bad one.
I think there was a little girl there too; and perhaps the blond kid was played by the late Jonathan Brandis, but I can’t find any reference at Imdb, and it’s driving me crazy!

ok id just love to get a response. can somone clarify EXACTLY what is supposed to happen on OOT after zelda puts link back to his original time, is he remmberd for being a hero when hes sent back? if not does anyone at all remeber anything? my basis for that question is because in the spirit temple the owel refers to you travelling through time so clearly people are aware of the time travel in the game. i dont know why they didnt end it with link being a hero in his adult time and everyone seing him as a hero and everyone loving it. and if they send link back to his childhood with no gannondorf………does that meen deku tree survives?? and then does that meen Link and Zelda never ever meet?? because they only meet because of the quest. i would also like to add does the zelda in “links time” know what he has done previous or does she again see him as an intrudor as such like she does initially.
im very sorry for asking these questions as they can be an asbolute fuckmonkey to answer in text on a forum. i rekon there should be a big meeting for zelda fans held somwhere in both the uk and the us and see what the 2 meeting come up with . everyones theromes questions being asnwerd by others. could be an interesting outcome
Bakemonogatari is an OK anime. A bit strange, but cool.
I loved Toradora, the story is so full of emotion, and I actually felt like crying in a couple of scenes. I totally recommend this one.
I only watched the first chapter of Eden of the East and I kinda liked it. I’m think I’ll watch it.

This is the worst music player that I have ever had.
You failed to mention that there is no shuffle option (surely a basic essential).
That if you set the player to ’sleep’ after (after an hour, for example when going to sleep) then the next time you turn it on it will turn off automatically and considering how long it takes to turn on this is unbelievably annoying.
The files are not listed in alphabetic order so when you search through Artists/Albums it is a nightmare.
The buttons are rubbish, sod that for a nice design. The slow response time makes tuning in Radio stations something of a traumatic experience and there is no ’scroll to find station automatically’ function (whatever you would call that).
The lag is insanely irritating.
There are more basic music players that are cheaper and have a better design.
What I will say is that the sound is very good, and the speakers are better than the iPod. I don’t see the speakers as being a huge bonus though because the quality of music player speakers will never be good or loud enough to function without external speakers anyway.
I was so disappointed with iRiver, I’ve raved about them to everyone and always favoured them over Apple. I’ve held out on getting an iPod for years because I was always able to find something better but this player has literally broken my spirt and I may just have to give in…
